Educational example. LRNLN is a fictional company, and this website demonstrates Tilda MCP. This is a sample policy, not a document issued by a registered legal entity. Use test information only: completed form fields may be sent to connected recipients.

About this policy and the controller

This policy describes an educational model for handling information on lrnl-event.ru. The model’s data controller is “LRNLN Educational Agency”, a fictional event marketing agency. The company is not registered and has no stated Russian tax or company registration numbers.
Contact details shown in the website mock-up: welcome@lrnln.com and +7 977 448 08 54. The address “St Petersburg, 20 Proletarsky Avenue, entrance 4, floor 2” is used solely as a fictional address for this educational project.
This policy covers website visitors and people submitting test enquiries. It does not replace separate consent to personal data processing and does not, by itself, constitute consent.

Information covered by this example

• Contact form: name, phone number, message and consent checkbox. These fields appear in the form on the homepage.
• Email enquiries: the sender’s email address, the message and any details voluntarily included in the correspondence.
• Website visits: the server and infrastructure may receive an IP address, browser and device details, request time, page address and technical cookies.
This exercise does not require passport details, payment information, health information, biometric data or anyone else’s personal data. Do not include them in test messages.

Purposes and grounds for processing

In this educational model, a name, phone number and message demonstrate how an enquiry is handled: receiving it, clarifying the brief and preparing a reply. An email address is used to reply to an email. Technical information supports page operation, abuse prevention and error diagnosis.
The model provides for separate, voluntary consent when submitting an enquiry. Consent can be withdrawn. For a real contract, the basis for processing and the necessary information would be established separately. Reading this page does not constitute consent to advertising.
Advertising campaigns and the sale of personal data are not part of this educational scenario. Demonstrating a mailing list would require separate consent, which is not automatically included in an enquiry.

Processing, retention and deletion

The educational workflow includes receiving, recording, storing, viewing, updating and deleting test enquiries. This site uses Tilda. Actual form delivery depends on the recipients configured in the project. This sample policy does not confirm their identities or settings.
Example retention period: until the test enquiry has been reviewed, and no longer than 30 calendar days after the demonstration. At the end of the exercise, test enquiries should be deleted from all connected storage and correspondence. This is an exercise rule, not an automatic deletion setting.
In this example, only participants who need the information to review the exercise have access. Sharing it for independent advertising purposes is not envisaged. For a real data controller, database locations, supplier agreements and international transfer arrangements must reflect the actual configuration rather than invented details.

Cookies and external services

Cookies are small files stored by a browser while using a website. Hosting and security infrastructure may use them for technical operation and to prevent unwanted requests. Images, fonts and the map may load from external services that receive technical connection information.
The cookies used depend on connected services and may change. This educational text does not provide an exact cookie list or confirm consent to optional analytics. A live business website would need an accurate list, retention periods and an appropriate choice mechanism.
You can restrict cookies through your browser settings. This may affect some features. External links lead to independent services with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

This educational scenario allows you to ask what information was submitted, correct inaccuracies, request restricted processing or deletion of an enquiry, and withdraw previously given consent.
Example request: “Please delete my test enquiry submitted on [date].” For this mock-up, requests can be sent to welcome@lrnln.com with the subject “Personal data enquiry”. Provide only enough information to locate the enquiry; do not send identity documents for this exercise.
For demonstration purposes, the example response time is up to 10 business days. This is an exercise procedure. In a real business, response and deletion periods and any exceptions depend on applicable requirements and the basis for processing.

Security and responsible use

The model envisages HTTPS connections, restricted account access, careful configuration of form recipients and deletion of test records after the lesson. A policy document does not configure these measures or confirm that a security audit has taken place.
If you accidentally submit real personal information, contact the educational project’s owner through the channel where you received the website link. Do not post the information in a public chat or lesson comments.

Contact details and policy updates

Name used in this educational scenario: LRNLN. Mock-up contacts: welcome@lrnln.com, +7 977 448 08 54. The latest version of this example is published here; its revision date appears at the top.
Before using a similar document for a real business, replace the educational details with the actual controller’s information and review the forms, services, legal grounds, retention periods and storage locations. This example demonstrates page creation and publication through Tilda MCP.
